Extension Refund & Return Policy
Due to the hygienic and personal nature of human hair extensions, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been processed, shipped, opened, handled, altered, installed, washed, colored, cut, or otherwise modified.
Because our extensions are natural human hair, slight variations in color, texture, curl pattern, density, and strand appearance may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, photos, lengths, textures, colors, and other specifications before completing their purchase.
If you believe you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video showing the issue. The hair must remain completely unused, unaltered, and in its original condition and packaging while the claim is reviewed.
Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Shipping fees, rush fees, and other service-related charges are non-refundable.
